A selection of recent work

Results, not promises.

Every project told in full: where it started, what I changed, and the numbers that came out. Behind these are years of work across e-commerce, applications and automation โ€” these are the ones whose data I can show.

Shopify Analytics โ€” sales over time, first 7 months
Returning customers, fulfilled and total orders
Items ordered โ€” +162% in 30 days, after seven months live
Average order value
E-commerce

A brand launched from zero, converting at twice the industry average

Seven months from launch, with no existing audience and no brand recognition to lean on, the store converts at 7.79% โ€” the e-commerce benchmark sits between 1% and 3%. Rather than chasing traffic first, we worked on making every visit count: product pages that answer the objections people actually have, and a checkout with nothing left to figure out. One in ten buyers comes back.

SEO ยท Editorial

23,000 visits in three months, without a euro spent on ads

An online magazine that never sponsors a single post: every visit comes from organic search. I built the site and we agreed the direction together, then set the editorial habits that make Google trust a publication โ€” structure, internal linking, how a piece is titled and when it goes out. The client has followed that advice consistently, and the traffic is the result.

AI Automation

The paperwork that would have brought the company to a halt

A client was about to start receiving hundreds of PDFs a month, thousands a year. Two people taking turns were already tied up copying them into spreadsheets by hand: at the new volume the company would have ground to a halt. The automation now pulls the PDFs from incoming email, reads them with OCR and AI, fills the spreadsheets and files each document under the right client. Whatever it cannot read with confidence raises a notification instead of failing silently.

Mobile App ยท UX/UI

One app for doctors and patients, on Apple and Android alike

A medical app for two very different audiences: healthcare staff and patients. UX/UI design in Figma, then development in Flutter โ€” one codebase, the identical app on Apple and Android. The client pays for one build instead of two, and every fix is done once. Savings below are industry estimates against two separate native builds.

About me

I design and build digital products end to end โ€” from the data model to the last pixel. Doing both the design and the engineering means the interface and the architecture are decided together, not negotiated after the fact. Most of my work sits where AI automation meets products people actually use every day.

Experience

The path that brought me here โ€” across product, code and teams.

  1. Senior Full Stack Developer & UX/UI Designer

    ยทFreelance
Since 2023Milano ยท Remoto ยท Ibrido
    • Projects and collaborations with real estate agencies, training institutions, cosmetics brands, insurance groups and non-profit foundations.
    • Worked with the operator handling assistance for passengers with disabilities across two airports โ€” where a booking that goes wrong means someone stranded, not just an error message.
    • Also work alongside companies running projects with Italian universities, end to end: interface design, development, and the architecture underneath.
    • Built a custom CRM integrated with Fatture in Cloud, so invoicing stops being a separate, manual step.
    • Marketing consulting and digital identity: positioning, brand presence, and AI-generated photorealistic imagery for brands that need visuals without a full shoot. Business consulting too, on staffing and internal processes, when the bottleneck is how a company is organised rather than the software it uses.
  2. Full Stack Developer

    ยทISO Produzioni S.r.l.
    2018 โ€” 2023Milano, IT
    • Took direct ownership of client relationships, including large accounts, from the first brief through to delivery.
    • Handled the migration of high-traffic sites, among them a well-known Italian paint manufacturer.
    • Advised real estate agencies on their management systems, and built websites and back-office tools.
    • Integrated third-party APIs to connect the systems clients already used, instead of replacing them.
  3. Junior Web Developer

    ยทMadeOnline S.r.l.
    2017 โ€” 2018Milano, IT
    • First agency role: websites and CRMs in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    • Where I learned that knowing how to code and knowing how to work are two different things.

Website Accessibility Is Now Mandatory in the EU: What SMBs Need to Do in 2026

Since June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act requires businesses to make their websites accessible. Here's what you need to know, what to do, and why quick-fix plugins won't cut it.
